All orders are shipped via USPS. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. If you didn’t receive an email, it may be because you entered a phone number instead of an email address. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order date so we can resend your receipt. Also, be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder—our emails may end up there. If so, just mark it as “not spam” so future emails go directly to your inbox.
Once your order has been shipped, all shipping-related questions should be directed to USPS. Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are with USPS. If your package goes missing, you’ll need to file a claim with your local USPS office. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
