Our ready-to-ship items — including bangles, keychains, and bikini charms — are processed within 2-3 business days. If your order includes any non-ready-to-ship items (such as rings, necklaces, or earrings), the full order will follow our standard processing time of 1 to 2.5 weeks. I’m a one-woman show, doing everything with a single pair of hands, I do not have a team of people working for me. I’m working as quickly and efficiently as I can, and I truly appreciate all the love and support you continue to give my small business. It means the world to me!

SHIPPING POLICY
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU UNDERSTAND & ACCEPT ALL OF OUR SHIPPING POLICIES & UNDERSTAND THAT SANSEA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL, STOLEN MAIL, OR DELAYED SHIPPING.
Most shipping-related questions can be answered here, so we kindly ask that you read the information carefully:
All orders are shipped via USPS. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. If you didn’t receive an email, it may be because you entered a phone number instead of an email address. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order date so we can resend your receipt. Also, be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder—our emails may end up there. If so, just mark it as “not spam” so future emails go directly to your inbox.
Once your order has been shipped, all shipping-related questions should be directed to USPS. Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are with USPS. If your package goes missing, you’ll need to file a claim with your local USPS office. Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Please understand that once your order has shipped, we CANNOT cancel your package or make any shipping related changes to your order, including shipping addresses. Mahalo for understanding.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. Kindly review all listing descriptions and details carefully before placing your order. Please also double-check your sizing for rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other items, as resizing services may be limited depending on the materials used.
Exchanges for store credit may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Processing time: 7–20 business days
(Please note: This processing time does not include shipping time & excludes weekends.)
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Most orders, however, require a processing time between 1 – 2.5 weeks. Each piece is handmade and shipped by a single artisan. SANSEA is a small-batch, made-to-order jewelry business, meaning items are crafted only after you place an order. Your patience is appreciated!

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Jewelry care is a must in order to prevent discoloration and further your jewelry's longevity of luster and shine. We advise avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, chlorine, lotions, tanning oils, essential oils, etc. Rinse immediately with fresh water upon contact with any of these harsh chemicals.
Our 14k gold filled metals are high quality and non-tarnish, meaning with proper care, they are made to last years. However, consistent exposure to salt water or chlorine without proper aftercare CAN very well cause the gold filled metals to experience discoloration. Please practice jewelry aftercare by carefully washing your pieces with freshwater after exposure to saltwater. We recommend using a gentle polishing cloth to clean your jewelry regularly.
Store your jewelry in a dry area, away from heat and moisture. It is recommended to store your pieces in a clean, closed box or air tight bag to protect your pieces from exposure to elements like dust, humidity, and moisture that can deteriorate the materials over time.
