Please note: Once your order has been placed, we are not able to/will not accept any cancellations to your order. All items are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept cancellations or make any changes to online orders after they have been submitted. SHIPPING POLICY
BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL OF OUR SHIPPING POLICIES WHICH STATES THAT SANSEA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL, STOLEN MAIL, OR DELAYED SHIPPING.
ALL orders are shipped through our mail carrier, USPS. Once your order has initiated its shipping status, all shipping inquiries can be made through USPS. We kindly ask that you take your time to carefully review your mailing address details before placing your order. Once your package is in the hands of our mail carrier, USPS, we are not liable for any damages, lost, stolen, or delayed mail. You will need to contact your local USPS to file any claims regarding lost/stolen mail.
Order confirmation & tracking information is sent to your order's email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking link/status to update.
Please understand that once your order has shipped, we CANNOT cancel your package or make any shipping related changes to your order, including shipping addresses. Mahalo for understanding.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS.
Please double check your sizing for rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. before ordering, as resizing services may be limited due to materials.

REPAIR POLICY
If an item you purchased is in need of a repair, we offer FREE repairs within the first 8 weeks of your item's delivery date. Shipping costs will vary on location and package weight. Please send your repair request through email sanseahawaii@gmail.com including your order number, date, photos of the product you are requesting a repair for, and your name.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
7-14 business days. (Please note: this 7-14 business day processing time DOES NOT include the shipping time.)
Each and every piece is handmade, packaged, and shipped by one set of hands! Sansea is a small-batch jewelry business owned and operated on a "made to order" system. "Made to order" means that all Sansea products are only created when a customer places an order, rather than being produced and stocked in bulk beforehand.
Many of the products we offer require special materials to be ordered upon demand. Therefore, processing times vary as all items are made to order. Your order will take an estimated 7-14 business days to process before shipping. As always, your patience is truly appreciated, MAHALO
HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Jewelry care is a must in order to prevent discoloration and further your jewelry's longevity of luster and shine. We advise avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, chlorine, lotions, tanning oils, essential oils, etc. Rinse immediately with fresh water upon contact with any of these harsh chemicals.
Our 14k gold filled metals are high quality and non-tarnish, meaning with proper care, they are made to last years. However, consistent exposure to salt water or chlorine without proper aftercare CAN very well cause the gold filled metals to experience discoloration. Please practice jewelry aftercare by carefully washing your pieces with freshwater after exposure to saltwater. We recommend using a gentle polishing cloth to clean your jewelry regularly.
Store your jewelry in a dry area, away from heat and moisture. It is recommended to store your pieces in a clean, closed box or air tight bag to protect your pieces from exposure to elements like dust, humidity, and moisture that can deteriorate the materials over time.

At this time, we are not accepting PR or collaboration opportunities as we focus on other projects. However, we genuinely appreciate your interest and may revisit collaborations in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
