HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All items are made to order. Your order will take an estimated 7-14 business days to process. With holiday season, please be mindful that processing times are longer! As always, your patience is truly appreciated.
Many of the products I create require that I order special materials upon demand. Processing times vary.

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To further your jewelry's longevity of luster and shine, refrain from immediate contact with harsh chemicals such as body oils, tanning lotion, perfume, chlorinated water, etc. as these harsh chemicals can cause your jewelry to lose its color and shine over time.
Store your jewelry in a dry area, away from heat and moisture. We recommend storing your jewelry in a closed box or bag to protect your pieces from exposure to elements like dust, humidity, and moisture that can deteriorate the materials over time.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
SANSEA does not accept any returns or refunds. All sales final.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for store credit or an item of equal value. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in original packaging.
All exchange requests MUST be made within the 14 days that your order delivers. You may submit an exchange request to sanseahawaii@gmail.com providing your reasoning. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges. If your exchange request is accepted, it MUST be mailed within 7 days or you will not be eligible for an exchange.
REPAIRS
In the event your jewelry becomes damaged or in need of a repair, all repairs are free for the first 4 weeks since your purchase date. All other repair requests after the 4 week time period will need approval, and we will not be able to cover shipping costs for repairs after this 4 week period. Submit a repair request through email only sanseahawaii@gmail.com providing photos and an explanation of what needs to be repaired.
SHIPPING POLICIES
SANSEA is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Confirmation + tracking information is provided through email once your order has shipped. Once orders are shipped, we CANNOT cancel or make any changes to your order, including shipping addresses.
Once your package has been shipped through USPS, please understand it is no longer in our hands & control therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once your order's shipping status has initiated, all shipping inquiries regarding delays, tracking, etc. will need to be made with the USPS service. SANSEA can assist you with tracking numbers only.
